Where is smoking banned in your citt? Do you think it should be banned in bars and restaurants? Why / Why not?

In Spain is smoking banned in all public places and in public trasport.
The bars and restaurants that are smaller than 100 m2 can choose if they want that the customers can smoke or not. In bars and restaurants that are biggers, the owner have to separate two zones for the smokers and for the people who don't smoke.
I think that in all bars and restaurants should be banned to smoke inside because there are a lot of people that they don't smoke and for this persons the smoke is very annoying if you are eating or drinking something with someone.
Is also very bad for your health and all the children who goes with their parents in a restaurant they have to breathe the smoke.
In conclusion, I think it should be banned to smoke because is very bad for health of all the peolple.
